TITLE 38 PUBLIC WELFARE
Chapter 425 Support of Dependent Children
NRS 425.395 Submission to Division of information regarding holders of certain licenses, certificates or permits; dissemination of information. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

NRS 425.395 Submission to Division of information regarding holders of certain licenses, certificates or permits; dissemination of information. [Effective until the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

1. A governmental entity which issues a license to do business in this state shall, upon request of the Division, submit to the Division information regarding the name, address and social security number of each natural person who holds such a license and any pertinent changes in that information.

2. A board or commission which issues occupational or professional licenses, certificates or permits pursuant to title 54 of NRS shall, upon request of the Division, submit to the Division information regarding the name, address and social security number of each person who holds such a license, certificate or permit and any pertinent changes in that information.

3. The Division shall periodically provide the information obtained pursuant to this section and NRS 488.078, 502.063, 503.5833, 504.393 and 505.025 to the district attorneys and other public agencies in this state collecting support for children.
