Chapter 370 Tobacco: Licenses and Taxes; Supervision of Manufacturers
NRS 370.376 Contract in violation of provisions is void.
NRS 370.376 Contract in violation of provisions is void. A contract made by a person in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 370.371 to 370.379, inclusive, is void and no recovery thereon may be made.
