NRS 41.0341 Time for filing responsive pleading.

NRS 41.0341 Time for filing responsive pleading. If the complaint is filed in a court of this state:

1. The officer, employee, board or commission member or State Legislator; and

2. The state or any political subdivision named as a party defendant,

each has 45 days after their respective dates of service to file an answer or other responsive pleading.
