NRS 271.099 "Energy efficiency improvement project" defined.

NRS 271.099 "Energy efficiency improvement project" defined. "Energy efficiency improvement project" means the modification of real property or the facilities or equipment on the real property that is designed to reduce the energy consumption of the real property.
