NRS 258.110 Failure to receive or arrest offender; penalty.

NRS 258.110 Failure to receive or arrest offender; penalty. If any constable shall willfully refuse to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal offense, such constable is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
