NRS 205.840 Owner of cart required to place sign on premises.

NRS 205.840 Owner of cart required to place sign on premises. The owner of any cart shall place a sign on his or her premises which contains:

1. The name, address and telephone number of his or her business; and

2. A statement that the unauthorized removal or possession of the cart is a misdemeanor.
