Chapter 179D Registration of Sex Offenders and Offenders Convicted of a Crime Against a Child
NRS 179D.0557 "Nonresident offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State" and "nonresident offender or sex offender" defined.
NRS 179D.0557 "Nonresident offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State" and "nonresident offender or sex offender" defined. "Nonresident offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State" or "nonresident offender or sex offender" means an offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State but who is not otherwise deemed a resident offender or sex offender pursuant to subsection 2 or 3 of NRS 179D.460.
