Chapter 176A Probation and Suspension of Sentence
NRS 176A.720 Establishment.

NRS 176A.720 Establishment. The Division may:

1. Establish centers for the housing and supervision of probationers assigned to the centers under NRS 176A.730.

2. Contract for any services necessary to operate these centers.
