Chapter 159 Guardianships
NRS 159.023 "Minor" defined.
NRS 159.023 "Minor" defined. "Minor" means any person who is:
1. Less than 18 years of age; or
2. Less than 19 years of age if the guardianship is continued until the person reaches the age of 19 years pursuant to NRS 159.191.
