Chapter 436 - Community Programs for Mental Health
436.310 - Fees charged according to ability to pay; limitation.

436.310  Fees charged according to ability to pay; limitation.  Fees for mental health services, including services to persons with mental retardation and persons with related conditions, rendered pursuant to an approved county plan must be charged in accordance with ability to pay, but not in excess of actual cost.
