207.480 - Order of court upon determination of civil liability.

207.480  Order of court upon determination of civil liability.  A district court may, following a determination of civil liability under NRS 207.470 or 207.490, take such actions as it deems proper, including ordering the defendant to pay all costs and expenses of the proceedings.
