207.300 - Discrimination: Transactions involving real property.

207.300  Discrimination: Transactions involving real property.  It is unlawful for any person to refuse to rent, lease, sell or otherwise convey any real property solely because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, disability, ancestry, familial status or sex.
