38-1624. Approved certification course; disciplinary actions authorized.

The department may deny, revoke, or suspend or otherwise take disciplinary measures against an approved certification course in accordance with section 38-196 for violation of the Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified Practice Act or the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated under the act.
