38-162 Boards; membership.

38-162. Boards; membership.

Except as otherwise provided in the Uniform Credentialing Act:

(1) Each board shall consist of four members;

(2) Each board shall have at least one public member; and

(3) If a board has eleven or more members, it shall have at least three public members.
