48-2115. Contractor Registration Cash Fund; created; use; investment.

There is hereby created the Contractor Registration Cash Fund to be administered by the department and used to enforce the Contractor Registration Act and the Employee Classification Act. The fund shall consist of such sums as are appropriated to it by the Legislature and any fees collected in the administration of the acts that are to be credited to the fund. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
