Critical violations are designated in the Food Code and sections 81-2,272.02, 81-2,272.10, 81-2,272.17, 81-2,272.24, 81-2,272.25, 81-2,272.27, and 81-2,272.36 and subdivision (4) of section 81-2,272.31.
