74-1414 Council; duties.

74-1414. Council; duties.

The council shall be responsible for administering programs and funds for light-density rail line acquisition, rehabilitation or improvement, operation, and rail facility construction projects implemented pursuant to the Light-Density Rail Line Assistance Act and the federal act.
