Chapter 54 LIVESTOCK
54-2622 Sales of cattle; violation; penalty.

54-2622. Sales of cattle; violation; penalty.

Any packer acting in violation of section 54-2617 or 54-2619 shall be guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor and shall be fined five hundred dollars per violation.
