38-1610. Licensed practical nurse-certified, defined.

Licensed practical nurse-certified means a licensed practical nurse who meets the standards established pursuant to section 38-1615 and who holds a valid license issued by the department pursuant to the Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified Practice Act.
