37-503 Game; illegal possession; exception.

37-503. Game; illegal possession; exception.

It shall be unlawful for anyone, except a holder of an aquaculture permit, a captive wildlife auction permit, or a captive wildlife permit, to have in his or her possession, except during the open season thereon, any unmounted game except as provided in sections 37-460 and 37-562 or the rules and regulations of the commission adopted pursuant to such sections.
