37-489.
Game birds released, propagated, and taken; record; reports.For the purpose of sections 37-484 to 37-496, at least five hundred game birds shall be released upon such licensed game breeding and controlled shooting areas in a manner satisfactory to the commission. The licensee shall keep a register which shall clearly show the number and kind of game birds released and propagated each year, the date of release, the number and kind of game birds taken, the date when taken, and the disposition made of such game birds. The licensee shall also make such reports under oath as to game birds released, propagated, and taken, at such times and in such manner as may be required by the commission. The commission shall keep an adequate record of the number of game birds released and propagated on each licensed game breeding and controlled shooting area in each year and of the game birds taken.
