Section 86-545
Developmental subcommittees; authorized.

The council shall have the power to appoint representatives of state agencies and governmental subdivisions which are affected by a proposed project to serve as developmental subcommittees of the council on the development of the proposed project. Such subcommittees shall be temporary in nature and shall serve to advise, design, and implement specific projects. A subcommittee member shall serve only on proposed projects affecting his or her agency or governmental subdivision and only for the period of time from the inception of the project until it is operational or deemed terminated by the council.
