2006 Nebraska Revised Statutes - § 85-172 — Repealed. Laws 2003, LB 68, s. 11.

Section 85-172
Repealed. Laws 2003, LB 68, s. 11.

Annotations:
Rule requiring counties to pay cost of certain drugs furnished indigent patients was not unreasonable or arbitrary. Board of Regents v. County of Lancaster, 154 Neb. 398, 48 N.W.2d 221 (1951).

Policy which limited number of abortions per week in University Hospital with no limitation on other procedures was infirm, but prohibition against full-time staff members performing abortions outside the hospital was not unconstitutional where all outside employment was prohibited. Orr v. Koefoot, 377 F.Supp. 673 (D. Neb. 1974).
