Section 81-3301Director of Finance and Support; qualifications.
The Governor shall appoint a Director of Finance and Support for the Department of Health and Human Services Finance and Support who shall have administrative experience in financial management in an executive capacity. The director shall report to the Governor and serve full time at the pleasure of the Governor. The director shall be subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the members of the Legislature as provided in section 81-102.
