Section 81-2,272.28
Temporary water supply; requirements.

Any temporary food establishment, mobile food unit, or food establishment with a temporary interruption of its water supply, which does not meet the requirements of subdivisions (1) through (4) of section 81-2,272.31, shall use:

(1) Containers of commercially bottled drinking water;

(2) One or more closed portable water containers;

(3) An enclosed vehicular water tank;

(4) An on-premises water storage tank; or

(5) Piping, tubing, or hoses connected to an adjacent approved water source. Any hose used for conveying drinking water from a water tank shall have a smooth interior surface, be of food grade material, and, if not permanently attached, be clearly and durably identified as to its use.
