Section 79-2105
Coordinating council; membership; vacancy; expenses.

A learning community shall be governed by a coordinating council composed of one school board member from each member school district, and the superintendent of each member school district shall serve as a nonvoting member. A vacancy shall occur whenever a learning community coordinating council member ceases to be a member of the school board being represented or ceases to be the superintendent of the school district being represented, and the vacancy shall be filled by the school board of such member school district. Members of a learning community coordinating council shall receive no compensation for their services but shall be reimbursed for the actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as provided in sections 81-1174 to 81-1177.
