Section 79-2002Purpose.
The purpose of the Nebraska Schools Construction Alternatives Act is to authorize a school district to enter into a design-build contract which is subject to qualification-based selection or a construction management at risk contract for a public project if the school district adheres to the procedures set forth in the act.
