Section 79-1178State Department of Education; Department of Health and Human Services; agreement; purpose.
The State Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services shall enter into a written agreement under which the State Department of Education shall furnish to the Department of Health and Human Services evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for children who are otherwise served by the Department of Health and Human Services. The Department of Health and Human Services shall, under the agreement, reimburse the State Department of Education for the costs of such services to children.
