Section 79-1083.02
Class I school district; primary high school district; designation; certification.

For school fiscal years prior to school fiscal year 2006-07: On or before February 1 of each year, the State Department of Education shall designate a primary high school district for each Class I school district for the following school fiscal year. The primary high school district shall be the one Class II, III, IV, V, or VI school district or the unified system with which the greatest share of the Class I district's assessed valuation is affiliated or of which such share is a part for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the school fiscal year for which the primary high school district determination is made. The department shall certify to all school districts and all county clerks the primary high school district for each Class I district.
