Section 79-4,111
Unified system; nonparticipating Class I districts; budget data; how construed.

For the purpose of determining the total allowable general fund budget of expenditures minus the special education budget of expenditures pursuant to section 79-1083.03 for Class I districts that are not participating in the unified system, the data for the unified system shall be deemed to be the data for the high school district if the primary high school district is a participant in the unified system.
