Section 79-423
School district boundaries; legal voters; vote at district meetings or district elections.

In Class I, II, III, IV, and VI school districts, school district boundaries may comprise all or any part of a precinct or ward in any county or counties, and every legal voter of the school district shall be entitled to vote at any school district meeting or school district election. For elections to be held during 2006, the legal voters of a Class II, III, IV, or VI school district shall include residents of territory that will be attached to such school district on June 15, 2006, pursuant to section 79-4,113 or 79-4,114.
