Construction services, defined.

Construction services means annexing building materials to real estate, repair of a structure as defined in section 77-2704.55, or repair of building materials that are or will be annexed to real estate. Construction services includes installation, construction, servicing, or removal of property used in conjunction with the furnishing, installing, or connecting of any public utility services specified in subdivision (8)(a) or (b) of section 77-2701.16 or community antenna television service specified in subdivision (8)(d) of section 77-2701.16. Construction services does not include the cost of the raw land or finished lot, impact fees, title insurance, property insurance, lender fees, closing costs, inspection fees, real estate brokerage commissions and fees, or any other taxes or fees levied on the transfer of property.
