2006 Nebraska Revised Statutes - § 75-358 — Violations; penalties.

Section 75-358
Violations; penalties.

Any person, private carrier, common carrier, or contract carrier operating any motor vehicle in violation of any provision of sections 75-348 to 75-358, any rule, regulation, or order of the Division of Motor Carrier Services, or any term or condition of any registration shall be guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor and shall also be subject to section 75-369.03. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
