Section 71-6064Violations; penalty.
It shall be unlawful and constitute a misdemeanor for any person to act or serve in the capacity of an administrator unless he or she is the holder of a license issued in accordance with sections 71-6053 to 71-6068. Such person shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
