Section 71-6059License; form; display.
Every license shall be in the form of a certificate under the name and seal of the department and signed by the chairperson, the vice-chairperson, the secretary of the board, and the Director of Regulation and Licensure or his or her designee. A copy of all licenses shall be retained in the department and shall be given the same number as has been assigned to the licensee in the other records of the department. Every licensed nursing home administrator shall keep such license displayed in the office or in the place where he or she practices.
