Section 71-5181Licenses and certificates; issuance.
The department shall issue licenses for the operation of emergency medical services which are found to comply with the requirements of the rules and regulations and the Emergency Medical Services Act. The department shall issue certificates for out-of-hospital emergency care providers who are found to comply with the requirements of the rules and regulations and the act.
