Section 71-4710
Licensee; change of address; notice; place of business.

(1) A person who holds a license under sections 71-4701 to 71-4719 shall notify the department in writing of the regular address of the place or places where he or she engages or intends to engage in the fitting or the sale of hearing aids.

(2) The department shall keep a record of the place of business of licensees.

(3) Any notice required to be given by the department to a person who holds a license shall be mailed to him or her by certified mail at the address of the last place of business of which he or she has notified the department.
