Section 71-4704
Applicability of sections.

(1) Sections 71-4701 to 71-4719 are not intended to prevent any person from engaging in the practice of measuring human hearing for the purpose of selection of hearing aids if such person or organization employing such person does not sell hearing aids or accessories thereto.

(2) Such sections shall not apply to a person who is a physician licensed to practice in this state, except that such physician shall not delegate the authority to fit and dispense hearing aids unless the person to whom the authority is delegated is licensed under such sections.
