Section 71-2505Poisons; sale; restrictions not applicable to physicians.
The provisions of sections 71-2503 and 71-2504 shall not apply to the dispensing of poisons or preparation of medicines by those practitioners of the healing arts named in section 71-102, who are duly authorized by law to administer or professionally use those poisons specifically named in section 71-2501.
