Section 71-1783Approved certification course; disciplinary actions authorized.
The department may deny, revoke, or suspend or otherwise take disciplinary measures against an approved certification course in accordance with section 71-155 for violation of the Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified Act or the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated under the act.
