Section 71-1778
Certificate; issuance; term.

Except as otherwise provided in this section, a certificate to practice as a licensed practical nurse-certified shall be issued by the department to be valid for two years. An initial certificate shall expire at the same time as the applicant's license to practice as a licensed practical nurse. The application for the license shall include the applicant's social security number.
