Section 71-1326Funeral directors and embalmers and funeral establishments; rules and regulations.
The department, upon recommendation of the board, may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as may be reasonable and proper for the purpose of carrying into effect sections 71-1301 to 71-1354, including rules and regulations for licensure, license renewal, discipline of licenses, and reinstatement of licenses.
