Section 71-3,197License; renewal; continuing competency requirements.
A licensed nail technician or nail technology instructor shall not renew his or her license to practice unless he or she has, within the biennium immediately preceding the date of expiration of the license, completed continuing competency activities as required by the board pursuant to section 71-377.
