Section 71-3,188
Examination failures; reexamination.

(1) An individual failing the examination under sections 71-3,186 and 71-3,187 may retake the examination within one year of the date of the failed examination by submitting a written request to the department to retake the examination. The applicant may retake the examination one time without paying an additional fee.

(2) After examination grades have been approved by the board and the department, the department shall promptly notify each applicant of the results of his or her examination.
