Section 71-3,184Application for nail technology licensure or registration; procedure.
An application for any type of nail technology licensure or registration shall be made on forms and in the manner prescribed by the department with the approval of the board. No application for any type of licensure or registration shall be considered complete unless all information requested on the application form has been supplied, all seals and signatures required have been obtained, all supporting and documentary evidence has been received by the department, and the application is accompanied by the appropriate fee.
