Section 71-3,165Enforcement of act.
The department shall enforce the Nebraska Cosmetology Act and for that purpose shall make necessary investigations and inspections relative thereto. Every licensee shall assist the department in such regard to the best of his or her ability and shall not withhold any information that may have a bearing on any investigation or inspection.
