Section 71-3,134
Cosmetic establishment license; change of ownership or location; effect.

Each cosmetic establishment license issued shall be in effect solely for the owner or owners and premises named thereon and shall lapse automatically upon any change of ownership or location. An original application for licensure shall be submitted and approved before such cosmetic establishment may reopen for business. Nothing in sections 71-3,129 to 71-3,134 shall be construed to prevent the creation, alteration, removal, or movement of specific counters or areas within a commercial enterprise holding a license as a cosmetic establishment.
