Section 71-3,125
Salon license; renewal; inactive status.

Each salon license issued under the Nebraska Cosmetology Act shall expire and be subject to renewal on September 30 of each odd-numbered year. The procedure for renewing a salon license shall be in accordance with section 71-110.01, except that in addition to all other requirements, no salon license may be renewed unless the salon has attained a rating of satisfactory on its most recent operation inspection. Any salon not able to meet such requirement shall have its license placed on inactive status until all deficiencies of operation have been corrected, and the salon shall not be open to the public during the time its license is inactive.
