Section 71-3,108License; renewal; continuing competency; documentation.
Each licensee shall submit with his or her application for license renewal documentation of continuing competency activities as required by the board pursuant to section 71-377. The board may biennially select, in a random manner, a sample of the license renewal applications for audit of continuing competency activities. Each licensee selected for audit shall be required to produce documentation of his or her attendance at the continuing competency activities listed on his or her renewal application.
