Section 71-3,103
Registration as student instructor; requirements.

An applicant for registration as a student instructor shall show evidence of current licensure as a cosmetologist or esthetician in Nebraska and completion of formal education equivalent to a United States high school education or its equivalent and shall show evidence that he or she has been accepted for instructor or esthetics instructor training by a school of cosmetology or school of esthetics.
